Russian President Vladimir Putin’s telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan
On May 30, 2019 President of Russia Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued their discussion of the developments in Syria and noted the importance of stepping up joint work to stabilise the situation in the province of Idlib, including effective measures to neutralise terrorist groups.
The presidents addressed a number of bilateral issues, including military-technical cooperation.
They also agreed to continue their contacts.
